I’m Emerson Resende, and I work with individuals and organisations to build clarity, purpose, and wellness through a structured methodology that guides them in designing their Life Plan. Imagine the impact on employee efficiency, resilience, and well-being when personal goals are aligned with professional roles.
My journey started on the beaches of Brazil, selling peanuts at eight years old to help my family, and later flipping burgers at McDonald’s. Over time, I dedicated 15 years to the United Nations, working on global climate challenges. Along the way, I mastered English while washing dishes in Vermont, and funded my master’s by crafting cocktails at a top London hotel—experiences that demanded discipline, perseverance, and adaptability.
Through years of practice, including overcoming 12 years of chronic migraines with Vipassana meditation, I’ve learned that true fulfilment comes from answering two fundamental questions:
What do I want?
Why do I want it?
This is the foundation of what I call the “unimportance of how.” Once you’re clear on the what and why, the how becomes far simpler to navigate.
After a life-changing sabbatical from the UN to focus on my health and purpose, I created the Zeno Life Plan—a methodology I’ve refined to help individuals and organisations align their actions with their core values, building resilience and fostering greater wellness. Today, I’m dedicated to guiding others toward fulfilment, sharing the tools and insights I’ve gained so that you can lead a meaningful, purpose-driven life.
Once we’re clear on the what and why, the how becomes easier to navigate. Today, I’ve achieved financial freedom and live by the beach, embracing a life I once dreamed of. But my journey doesn’t stop here. While I’ve worked hard to create this lifestyle, my true purpose is still rooted in helping others. That’s why I continue to dedicate my time to empowering a select few individuals to gain clarity and pursue their dreams.
I’m not a social media influencer, and I prefer to keep a low profile online. But my purpose is clear—to continue making a difference, one person at a time. Whether through my work at the UN or through Zeno Life Plan, my life’s goal remains the same: to help others live a life of fulfilment. However, my time and focus are limited. I work with only a handful of clients at any given time—those truly ready to commit to a deep transformation.
If you believe you’re ready to become one of the few I mentor, and to experience a rare, life-changing journey, I invite you to apply. Together, we’ll unlock your true potential and chart a course toward your most meaningful life.
