About Zeno Life Plan
Strategic planning, applied to a life
Organisations use structure to define direction, set objectives and review progress. Most people are never given an equivalent method for their own lives. Zeno Life Plan was created to close that gap.
What we are
A methodology, delivered as a platform
A four-step personal strategic planning methodology, delivered through enterprise software and a guided private programme. It produces a written Life Plan and Life Purpose and is private by design.
Structure over motivation
Direction is built with baselines, objectives and review across the whole of life — not with slogans.
Evidence over slogans
Purpose is recognised from the evidence of the plan, not declared on day one.
Privacy as a foundation
The plan belongs to the person who writes it. Organisations receive aggregated insight only.
Origins
Where the methodology comes from
Founder
Emerson Resende
Creator of the Zeno Life Plan methodology
“The tools organisations use to plan their future should be available to the people inside them.”
Emerson Resende developed the methodology after more than two decades working with strategy across governments, multilateral institutions, higher education and the private sector — where he saw organisations planning rigorously while the people inside them had no comparable structure for their own lives.
Zeno Life Plan is his response: a methodology grounded in Stoicism, Vipassana, behavioural science and strategic planning.
He works with a small number of individuals directly through the Private Programme. Commercial work also helps support the adaptation of the methodology for young people with limited access to structured future planning — see Philanthropy.
Developed from the founder’s experience across global institutions
