Do employees see each other’s plans?
No. Each person’s Life Plan is private to them. Nothing is shared between colleagues.
Can managers access individual Life Plans?
No. The organisation only ever sees aggregated, anonymised intelligence — and small groups are never shown, so no individual can be identified.
How long does implementation take?
Most organisations move from demo to launch in a few weeks. Rollout is configured to your structure and pace.
Does it integrate with Microsoft and Google?
Objectives export to each person’s own calendar (Microsoft or Google). Enterprise SSO and directory integration are on the roadmap — we’ll confirm current status for your stack on the call.
