Pricing

How Zeno is priced.

Zeno is an organisation-level platform, priced for enterprise deployment. Figures are shared directly, calibrated to your size and scope — but the commercial logic is simple, and it is set out in full below.

The commercial model

Two parts, clearly separated

1 · Implementation

A one-off setup: configuration for your structure and cohorts, privacy-threshold setup, region selection and the security & privacy review. Scoped to your organisation.

2 · Annual platform subscription

An organisation-level annual subscription for the platform and the workforce intelligence it produces. Priced to your deployment, not per individual answer.

Prefer to start smaller? Organisations can discuss a limited initial rollout privately — talk to us about scoping one for your teams.

Enterprise FAQ

Questions buyers ask

What does Zeno cost?

Zeno is priced at the organisation level, across a one-off implementation and an annual platform subscription. Figures are calibrated to your size and scope and shared directly — tell us both and we will put a concrete proposal in front of you. Organisations that prefer to start with a limited initial rollout can discuss that privately.

How long does implementation take?

The rollout is configured to your structure and pace, and the timeline is confirmed with you during setup.

What does the employer see?

Only anonymised, aggregated cohort intelligence, shown above a minimum group size — never an individual’s Life Plan, answers or participation.

What does the employee control?

Everything in their Life Plan. They own it, it is held in their own workspace, and they can delete it themselves at any time; it does not stay behind if they leave. Objectives can be exported to their personal calendar.

Is participation anonymous, and what if it is low?

Individual participation is never revealed. If a cohort stays below the privacy threshold (n ≥ 8 general, n ≥ 12 wellbeing), no intelligence is shown for it — the wall holds even for small groups.

Where is data processed?

Hosting location and data-residency options are confirmed during enterprise evaluation and deployment.

Does Zeno replace or integrate with our HRIS?

No — Zeno complements your systems and does not require an HRIS to run. Objectives export to each person’s own calendar (Microsoft or Google). Enterprise SSO and directory integration are on the roadmap; we confirm current status for your stack on the call.

Does Zeno support SSO?

The platform is designed for SAML 2.0, OIDC and SCIM. Enterprise SSO is on the roadmap — we will confirm the current status for your environment during evaluation, and never present it as already live.

How does Zeno work with works councils?

The privacy model is designed to be explained openly. The Trust Centre sets out what to tell employees and how to involve works councils and employee representatives. It is not legal advice, and does not by itself satisfy every jurisdiction’s requirements.

Is there a minimum organisation size?

Zeno works from mid-sized organisations upward, where aggregated cohort signals become meaningful. Tell us your size and we will show you what to expect.

Is there a DPA, and what security information is available?

Data-processing terms, including a DPA where applicable, are addressed during enterprise procurement, and security documentation is shared with your team. Request security information.
