Each employee works through the Zeno method on their own device, at their own pace. Nothing is shared as they think.

They create a Life Plan they own
A written plan across seven areas of life, ending in a Life Purpose. It is theirs to keep — and if they leave, it leaves with them.

Individual content stays private
No manager, no administrator, no colleague ever sees an individual plan. Not once, not ever.

Only eligible aggregate patterns leave
Anonymised and threshold-gated: patterns surface only for groups large enough to protect every individual. Small groups are never shown.

What the organisation gains
The Employer App gives anonymised, organisation-level insight into the direction people are setting. Demonstrations use synthetic data.
