Trust Centre

Built for enterprise review.

Everything a People, IT, security, privacy or procurement team needs to evaluate Zeno Life Plan, in one place. The privacy model is not a policy bolted on afterwards — it is the architecture the product is built from.

Two worlds, one wall

What employers can — and cannot — see

There is no path through the product from an aggregate figure back to a person. Employees own their Life Plan; employers receive only anonymised, aggregated cohort intelligence.

What employers receive

  • Anonymised, aggregated cohort intelligence
  • Participation and completion rates, above a minimum group size
  • Where development interest is concentrated, and whether effort holds over time
  • One executive console — patterns, never words

What employers never receive

  • No individual Life Plan, at any time
  • No objectives, Life Purpose or Effort Tracker for a person
  • No record of whether a named individual took part
  • No screen, export or permission in the product reveals a person’s rows

Security & data architecture

The technical foundation

The specifics your security team will ask for. Where a control depends on your environment, we confirm the current status with your team during procurement rather than imply more than is live today.

Aggregation thresholds

Zeno’s aggregation architecture applies minimum cohort thresholds before any employer-level intelligence can be shown. General workforce signals require a minimum cohort of 8; more sensitive wellbeing signals require a minimum cohort of 12. Below the threshold, nothing is shown, so a small team can never be used to work out an individual.

Data residency & hosting

Hosting location and data-residency options are confirmed during enterprise evaluation and deployment.

Encryption & access

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The specific encryption, access-control and logging arrangements are confirmed during enterprise evaluation and deployment.

Authentication

The platform is designed for SAML 2.0, OIDC and SCIM. Enterprise SSO and directory integration are on the roadmap — we confirm the current status for your stack on the call, and never present it as already live.

Integrations

Objectives export to each person’s own calendar (Microsoft or Google). Zeno complements your existing systems — it is not an HRIS and does not require one to run.

Data control & retention

An employee’s Life Plan is theirs, held in their own workspace; they can delete it themselves at any time, and it does not stay behind if they leave. Objectives can be exported to their personal calendar. Retention and deletion arrangements are documented as part of the deployment and applicable data-processing terms.

Legal & compliance

Processing on a lawful, documented basis

Regulatory alignment

Designed to operate in line with the UK GDPR, EU GDPR and Brazil’s LGPD. Employees can exercise access, correction, export, erasure, objection and restriction, and may complain to a supervisory authority.

Data-processing terms

Data-processing terms, including a DPA where applicable, are addressed during enterprise procurement. Where personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate transfer safeguards are put in place.

Documentation for your review

Security and privacy documentation is shared with your security and legal teams during enterprise procurement.

Accessibility

The website and product are built to be operable by keyboard, readable by assistive technology and respectful of reduced-motion preferences, with attention to colour contrast.

Certifications and independent security assessments are covered directly with your security team during procurement. We describe only what is in place today, and never imply a certification we do not hold.

For HR, legal & works councils

Explaining Zeno to your people

Zeno’s privacy model is one of its strongest features — and it is easiest to adopt when employees understand it plainly. These are the points HR, legal, privacy officers and employee representatives can communicate with confidence.

What you can tell employees

  • Their Life Plan belongs to them, and they can take it with them
  • The employer cannot open an individual plan, ever
  • Individual answers do not cross into employer analytics
  • Employer intelligence is aggregated, anonymised and above a minimum group size

How to introduce it well

  • Communicate participation transparently, as something offered
  • Share the privacy thresholds openly — there is nothing to hide
  • Involve works councils and employee representatives early
  • Point people to this Trust Centre and the Privacy Principles

This material is provided to help you communicate Zeno internally. It is not legal advice, and it does not by itself satisfy every works-council or legal requirement in your jurisdiction — your teams remain the arbiters of that.

Sample board pack

What the intelligence looks like

A board pack from Zeno reads as one executive console: workforce clarity, learning demand, career aspiration and retention signal — each aggregated above the privacy threshold. The preview below shows the shape of that reporting.

Illustrative — not customer data

The figures shown across the platform previews are illustrative, modelled to demonstrate the format of the reporting. They are not the results of any Zeno customer.
