1. Website use

You may use this website for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interfaces we provide.

2. Platform use

Access to the Zeno Life Plan platform is provided under your individual programme or your organisation’s agreement with us. You agree to use the platform as intended — to create and manage your own Life Plan — and in line with any additional terms in that agreement.

3. Acceptable use

You must not: break the law; infringe others’ rights; upload harmful or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access; probe or test the security of the service without permission; scrape or harvest data; or use the service to build a competing product. We may suspend access for breach.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through our secure contact form if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Intellectual property

The Zeno Life Plan name, logo, methodology, platform, content and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the Life Plan content you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host and provide the service to you, in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your personal plan.

7. Disclaimers

Zeno Life Plan is a structured planning methodology and tool. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any particular personal or business outcome. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms or where required by law. On termination, the sections intended to survive (such as intellectual property and liability) continue to apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws stated in your programme or organisational agreement, or otherwise by the law of the jurisdiction in which Zeno Life Plan is established. The applicable jurisdiction will be confirmed here before go-live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
