The one promise that matters most

The content of your Life Plan belongs to you. Employers only ever receive aggregated and anonymised cohort insight — never an individual's plan, and never anything that could identify a person.

Straight answers

The questions employees actually ask

Can my employer see my Life Plan?

No. Not the plan, not any part of it, not at any time. No manager, administrator or colleague can open it. It is yours.

Can my employer see my Effort Tracker?

No. Your Effort Tracker is for you. Your organisation only ever sees whether effort is sustained across a whole group — never your own record.

Can my employer see whether I took part?

No. Participation is reported as a group figure only, and only when the group is large enough. Nobody is told whether you personally took part, or whether you stopped.

What does my employer actually get?

Counts and patterns for groups of people — how many are planning, where development interest is concentrated, whether effort holds up over time. Never words you wrote. Never your name.

What if my team is small?

Then nothing is shown at all. Figures appear only above a minimum group size, so a small team can never be used to work out an individual.

Can I take my Life Plan with me?

Yes. You can export it at any time, and you can ask us to delete it. It does not belong to your employer, and it does not stay behind if you leave.
