Implementation & rollout

What happens after you decide to proceed.

Zeno is designed to add clarity without adding load. The organisation offers the Life Plan to its people and receives aggregated intelligence in return — nothing is asked of you except to offer it.

The path to launch

From decision to intelligence

A structured rollout, configured to your organisation and your pace. The timeline is agreed with you during setup rather than fixed in advance.

1 · Discovery

We align on the questions you need answered, the cohorts that matter and how success will be read.

2 · Security & privacy

Your security, privacy and legal teams review the documentation, the data-processing terms and the data architecture. See the Trust Centre.

3 · Configuration

The workspace is set up for your structure, cohorts and privacy thresholds — and the region that applies to you.

4 · Launch

The Life Plan is offered to your people with a clear, transparent introduction. Participation is something offered, not demanded.

5 · Adoption

People build their private Life Plans at their own pace. The organisation asks nothing of them beyond the invitation.

6 · Workforce intelligence

Once cohorts pass the privacy threshold, the executive console fills in — clarity, learning demand, aspiration and retention signal.

7 · Continuous development

A review cadence you set. The picture stays current as people plan, revisit and progress.

Low organisational burden

No content to write, no survey to run, no individual data to manage. You offer the Life Plan; the platform handles the private workspaces and the aggregation.

Two experiences, one wall between them

Employee experience vs employer experience

The employee experience

  • A private workspace to build a written Life Plan across the seven areas
  • Objectives that export to their own calendar (Microsoft or Google)
  • Full ownership: it stays in their workspace, they can delete it themselves at any time, and objectives export to their calendar
  • Nothing they write is ever visible to the employer

The employer experience

  • One executive console of aggregated, anonymised intelligence
  • Cohort signals only, above the minimum group size
  • A review cadence set by the organisation
  • No individual data to see, hold or manage

If participation in a cohort stays below the privacy threshold, no intelligence is shown for that cohort — the wall holds even when a group is small.
